LIFE PROGRAM
The Living Independent ForEver (LIFE) Program provides housing for young adults between the ages of 18 to 24, offering both individual and shared living spaces. This program aims to support young people in developing self-reliance by offering housing support while they cultivate essential independent living skills.
THE COMMUNITY RESOURCE CENTER
The Community Resource Center (CRC) will be a one-stop-shop offering a range of support and services to the community. These include a furniture bank, an internet café with high-speed Wi-Fi, job and career training, financial education classes, and mental health support services, and physical health wellness resources.
LIFE@WORK PROGRAM
CURRENTLY NOT FUNDED: The LIFE@Work program is a work readiness program for young adults that offers a comprehensive array of services to assist young adults toin attaining work readiness skills and training credentials to secure employment.
AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROGRAM
The Affordable Housing Program provides rental assistance to low-to-moderate-income earners. Tenants reside in two-bedroom units within a four-plex and six-plex, which features clean and spacious accommodations, on-site laundry facilities, storage units, and off-street parking.
FURNITURE BANK
The Furniture Bank provides essential home furnishings to low-income individuals and families transitioning out of homelessness. This program aims to create living spaces that foster comfort, dignity, and stability for those in need.
